Get GO Global to takeover Singapore's LOGIS Consolidators
GET GO Global (GO), a freight forwarding software platform provider, has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 per cent equity interest in Singapore-based freight forwarding and consulting company LOGIS Consolidators.
The company said the acquisition will enhance GO's Asian network and the software provider will integrate logistics platforms into LOGIS' future service offerings, the company said.
"Advanced platforms such as GO offer logistics service providers and shippers greater solutions flexibility and improve service response times for end-users," said corporate advisory firm Logistics Executive Group, which is overseeing the acquisition.
The acquisition is expected to be completed within the next several weeks, however, financial details were not disclosed, according to American Shipper.
