What if I have forgotten my password?
If you forget your password, you can e-mail to our service center at email@example.com with the following information:
1. Your Member ID and the name of your company.
2. Find out the exact email address you left when you registered.
How can I update my registered information and my password?
If you want to modify your registered information, you can enter "My Sol" first. You will find a manage menu on the left of the page, look at the bottom of the menu list, click "update your registered information" and confirm it by clicking the button of "Update" when you finished.
Why I can't see the contact information of other members?
In Shipping Online we have two types of membership, free membership and premium membership. As a free membership, you can only see the information posted by premium membership; and as a premium membership, you can see all the information in Shipping Online. Please enter the "membership and fee " for more information.
How can I update my membership as a premium member?
You can check the membership fee first at "membership", choose a kind of service you need, and then pay your fee to our account
