China's Haier signs Yusen Logistics to distribute entire product range in UK
HAIER, a Chinese white goods company, is now looking to relaunch in the European market and had engaged Japan's Yusen Logistics to distribute its products in the UK.
Yusen designed a full end-to-end logistics service, including inbound support, storage and distribution.
It also has devised a reverse logistics system that provide tracking, control and reworking of returned goods.
Said Haier UK country manager Dave Yearsley: "We need the reliability and experience of a logistics partner that understands the market and our products, with a proven track record.
Said Yusen contract manager Khalil Ashong: "We now look to build upon the success of our relationship with Haier. Our service focuses on 100 per cent product integrity, careful handling procedures, and trade delivery times that we believe will benefit Haier and their customers alike."
