Cargolux passes IATA audit to renew operational safety certificate
CARGOLUX has passed with "exceptionally good results" its sixth IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) that assesses the operational management and control systems of an airline.
During the five-day renewal, which takes place every two years, Cargolux was audited on 900 different standards. In preparation for this, a team of 20 people from all concerned divisions worked throughout the year to achieve this exceptional result, the company said in a statement.
"This fantastic result is the result of the efforts and endless commitment that the Cargolux staff has put into this 'Enhanced IOSA' renewal audit, even during some very stressful moments," said Cargolux vice president quality & compliance monitoring, Graham Hurst.
