Optimising crew potential and retention, come at October ACI event
ACI has announced that the 21st Maritime HR & Crew Management Conference in London on October 18-19 has attracted four new sponsors.
Topics for discussion are: Regulatory Updates & Requirements; Sourcing, Retention & Crew Leadership; Challenges Connected to Seafarer Travel; Cost Efficiency Versus Crew Quality; Port State Control; Advancements in Crew Communication; Crew Training & Differences; Up to Date Technology & Practices to Enhance Crew Welfare; Keeping On-Board Accidents/ Incidents to a Minimum; and Insurance Challenges Connected to Seafarers.
