OOCL cancels Asia-Europe sailings for Golden Week holiday October 1-8
HONG KONG's Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) has announced Asia-Europe sailing cancellations due to the annual mainland factory shutdown for the Golden Week national holiday from October 1-8.
"In response to the expected low demand after the China National Day holiday, we would like to inform you of the withdrawal of the following Asia-Europe sailings in addition to those announced on August 28 and September 4," said the company.
These now include the Asia-East Mediterranean and Black Sea Service-EM2, CSCL YELLOW SEA (HCW) 011W/E.
Westbound: ETA Qingdao on October 5 in Week 40. Eastbound: ETA Ashdod on October 31 in Week 44.
