New CMA CGM US$750/TEU rate from Asia-West Africa from October 15
FRENCH shipping giant CMA CGM has informed customers of the following General Rate Restoration to Africa effective October 15 of US$750 per TEU and $1,500 per FEU.
The new rate will cover cargo from Asia including Korea, Taiwan, Japan, southeast Asia and Bangladesh to West Africa.
"September General Rate Restoration with a quantum of $500 per TEU remains fully applicable," said the company statement.
