Hapag's US$90/TEU Europe-West Africa peak season surcharge May 15
GERMANY's Hapag-Lloyd will apply a peak season surcharge (PSS) for all container types from May 15 from north Europe and the Mediterranean to West Africa of EUR85 (US$90) per TEU.
The ocean tariff rates as well as bunker-related surcharges, security-related surcharges, terminal handling charges (THCs) remain unchanged. Other local charges and contingency surcharges may apply in addition.
