Repairs to typhoon shelter in Hong Kong for dolphins
AT the Shau Kei Wan Typhoon Shelter in Hong Kong repair works for 14 dolphins will be carried out over the next four months by a crane boat in a working area of 15 metres around the vessel.
The work will be carried out from 0700 to 1900 hours on week days, not including public holidays. Yellow marker buoys fitted with yellow flashing lights will be laid to mark the positions of the anchors extending from the boat, reported GAC citing Hong Kong Marine Department Notice No. 45.
Diving operations will be carried out from time to time during the hours of work. The boat engaged in the works will display signals as prescribed in international and local regulations.
