Supply chain graduate programme to be offered by MIT
BOSTON's Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) said the MIT Global SCALE Network has launched a 10-month supply chain graduate programme in Asia, Europe, the UK and North America.
The programme has been named the MIT-Zaragoza-Ningbo Master of Engineering in Logistics and Supply Chain Management programme, or 3C Master's Programme.
The 3C Master's Programme was jointly created by three MIT SCALE Network Centres, which include: the MIT Centre for Transportation & Logistics (MIT CTL, USA); the Zaragoza Logistics Centre (ZLC Spain); and the Ningbo Supply Chain Innovation Institute China (NSCIIC, China), reported American Shipper.
Students of the programme will attend an orientation week in Spain before starting the autumn term in Zaragoza, where they will study supply chain systems and methods; relocate to Massachusetts for the January term, which will cover leadership and management; and will then spend the spring term in Ningbo, China, where they will study supply chain specialization.
