Dachser USA's management system receives ISO certification from DEKRA
DEKRA Certification has awarded ISO 9001:2015 status to Dachser USA for its management system. The forwarder said certification will allow it to expand its focus on intricate industries such as automotive.
The forwarder has also established the Dachser Management System (DMS) for contract logistics activities which gives customers a reliable indication it is committed to providing the highest level of customer service, it was cited as saying in a report by London's Air Cargo News.
Chief executive, Frank Guenzerodt, explained: "We are very proud to have received this certification for the first time in company history, and with highest recommendations from DEKRA. It is more important than ever that our standards are of the highest quality as we shift towards the management of complex supply chains."
