OOCL hikes Asia-Canada rate asymetrically US$480/TEU November 1
HONG KONG's Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) will levy rate increases from Asia to all Canadian destinations from November 1.
The increase will be US$480 per TEU, $600 per FEU, $675 per FEU high cube and $760 per 45-footer.
The OOCL statement said the increase was necessary to "ensure the continued provision of quality services and sufficient capacity to cater to customer requirements".
