CHAMP Cargosystems to offer CargoXS Cargo Quality centre system
CHAMP Cargosystems has formed a partnership CargoXS, whereby it will offer CargoXS' Cargo Quality Centre (CQC) system for warehouses to its customers.
CHAMP said CargoXS CQC provides airlines and ground handling companies "the tools to enhance quality of work and improve client satisfaction of services offered by reducing the administrative and physical burden of monitoring warehouses.
"It enables airlines to have real-time knowledge of the performance of their ground-handling partners, ground handlers to commit to SLAs and monitor their performance in real time, and all operations to work smarter to make every man-hour count in meeting demand and deadlines," said CHAMP.
Said CHAMP vice president Nicholas Xenocostas: "Tailor made services like reporting, screen changes, special processes can be executed by CargoXS to further fulfil our clients' needs."
