Correction: WSC did not ask for extension of VGM grace period
IN our daily renews bulletin, the Hong Kong Shipping Gazette received incorrect information from a usually reliable source, according to the World Shipping Council, which says it did not request an extension of the three-month period of grace in the enforcement of the UN's verified gross mass (VGM) rule on laden container weights.
