China Trade Week to be held in Nairobi between June 29 and July 1
THE second China Trade Week is to bring more than 400 Chinese companies to Nairobi's Kenyatta International Convention Centre between June 29 and July 1.
The three-day event will provide Chinese companies an opportunity to meet, discuss and develop trading and business partnerships with both Kenyan and the region's business community, said conference organisers of MIE Events.
"Kenya is the most developed economy in East Africa and also the economic, commercial and logistical hub," said MIE Events managing director David Wang.
"The China-Kenya economic co-operation and trade in various fields has gained momentum over the years," Mr Wang said, reported the East African Standard.
