INTTRA web app goes offline on weekend for maintenance
THE INTTRA web application (www.inttraworks.inttra.com) was taken offline over the weekend for scheduled maintenance through to June 5 0600 GMT. As a result EDI files and email attachments (INTTRA Change) were held for processing.
Over the weekend, users were expected to submit EDI/XML files via FTP/s FTP and to send attached documents via email. These files are to be held and processed after the scheduled maintenance was completed, reported the American Journal of Transportation.
It added that despite all desktop features being available while the maintenance of the online platform was carried out, processing may be delayed.
