UNHAPPY XPO logistics workers their union leaders from the US and Europe, will gather outside the XPO Logistics shareholder meeting to petition CEO Bradley Jacobs over grievances.

XPO, the rapidly expanding logistics giant having taken over major companies in the US and Europe is accused of abusing workers and failing to meet with union leaders.

"XPO is mistreating former Con-way Freight workers with terminal closures, subcontracting and layoffs, along with refusing to bargain in good faith," said a union statement.

"XPO port and rail drivers are fighting misclassification as independent contractors and the company has broken promises not to layoff workers for 18 months after its purchase of French logistics giant Norbert Dentressangle.
