iCargo, iOcean, Intertrans merge May 1 to become Intertrans Network
SINGAPORE's iCargo Shipping Pte Ltd and iOcean Shipping Pte Ltd will merge with Intertrans Shipping Pte Ltd and be known as Intertrans Network (S) Pte Ltd from May 1.
This is a merger of three compatible companies with enhanced experience and expertise, with an aim to synergise to create a more comprehensive infrastructure with a combined network, said the joint statement.
"As we grow stronger, we are confident that this merger will position ourselves to serve you better as we hold the same values and philosophies on providing our utmost services to all," said the statement making the announcement.
The company said that while it will operate as a single entity, customers can can still rely on the same personal working relationships that they had in the past as they will be dealing with same people and the same quality of service.
