Air China to start thrice weekly Chongqing-Dubai flights April 2

AIR CHINA has announced that it will start trice-weekly non-stop Chongqing-Dubai flights from on April 2, making it the second international link to the Middle East after the launch of its Beijing-Dubai service.

Outbound flights will operate on Mondays Thursdays, Saturdays and the return flights on Tuesdays Fridays and Sundays. 



Outbound flights depart Chongqing at 18:40 hrs and arrive Dubai at 22:15 with return flights departing Dubai at 00:10, arriving Chongqing at 11:20. 



Air China and Flydubai have signed an agreement which allows each to issue electronic tickets of the other. With the agreement, the Chongqing-Dubai service can be further extended to other Middle East cities like Riyadh, Baghdad and Dammam.



In 2016, Air China will continue to expand its global route network with its hub in Beijing, focusing on the introduction of intercontinental routes linking to key cities in different regions. 



Today, Air China has flights linking Chongqing to 25 domestic cities as well as five international and regional cities including Tokyo, Seoul, San Francisco, Hong Kong and Taipei.
