CEVA appoints ex-GE man Kamaljit Hunjan to run healthcare operations
DUTCH forwarding giant CEVA Logistics has appointed Kamaljit Hunjan as senior vice president global healthcare operations, who will work out the company's London Heathrow office and report to contract logistics chief Brett Bissell, the COO.
He joins CEVA from General Electric (GE) Healthcare in the US where he was most recently global logistics general manager with responsibility for logistics strategy, fulfilment and operations improvement, the London's Air Cargo News reported.
Mr Hunjan brings more than 26 years' experience of the logistics industry to his new role where he will be responsible for driving operational excellence, process improvements and management of all healthcare operational matters.
Prior to joining GE, Mr Hunjan held several senior, global roles in the oil and gas sector and the automotive industry where he gained wide experience in supply chain planning, quality, manufacturing operations and business improvement and strategy.
