MOL announces launch of the New China/West Coast India Service (CIS).
JAPANESE shipping giant Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) has announced the launch of the new China/West Coast India service (CIS).
The service is in addition to MOL's existing Nhava Sheva Karachi Express (NKX) service which together will "enhance our coverage between fast growing ports in India and China, Singapore, Malaysia and Sri Lanka".
MOL said it is committed to meeting various logistics needs, and increasing its group-wide recognition and brand power in India.
MOL continually takes a proactive stance in meeting various customer needs and contributing to economic growth in India and around the world, the company said.
With a turn around of 42 days, CIS rotation is Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen-Shekou, Singapore, Port Kelang, Nhava Sheva (JNPCT), Mundra, Colombo, Penang, Port Kelang, Hong Kong and back to Qingdao.
