Cargolux settles with unions gets 3-year deal from flight, ground crews
Cargolux has announced that it has a new three-year collective agreement with ground crew and pilot after 24 hours of intensive talks, reports London's Air Cargo News.
The airline said that, after repeated meetings over 24 hours, management had finally reached an agreement with the OGB-L, CLSC and LCGB unions.
Said Cargolux CEO Dirk Reich: "With the agreement, we achieve a significant improvement in the flexibility and economic efficiency of Cargolux and send a strong signal for the job security at Cargolux and send a strong signal for the job security at Cargolux and increased competitiveness of Luxembourg as a leading logistics hub in Europe."
Unions confirmed to Air Cargo News that an agreement had been signed.
