Latvia in talks over cooperation with Korean Air and Asiana Airlines
LATVIA's Ministry of Transport has been holding talks with representatives from South Korea's two largest airlines, Korean Air and Asiana Airlines, over possible cooperation with the Latvian national carrier, Air Baltic.
The potential to cooperate in air cargo operations was discussed during Latvian Minister of Transport Kaspars Ozolin's visit to Seoul for the ASEM Symposium on Eurasia Transport and Logistics, reported ch-aviation from Switzerland.
Korean Air currently has a foothold in Central and Eastern Europe through a 44 per cent shareholding in CSA Czech Airlines.
