TNT upgrades service, network links in Belgium, Finland and Sweden
DUTCH logistics major TNT has resumed flights from its Liege hub in Belgium to Stockholm Arlanda and Orebro airports. The service operates five times weekly.
In Finland, the company's daily Boeing 737 freighter from Liege to Turku will now make one stop in Helsinki, to arrive in the capital city three hours earlier than before and to offer more morning delivery options in the area, reported London's Air Cargo News.
The flight continues on to Turku in the morning and returns to Liege at night. To accompany the change it has strengthened its pick-up and delivery capabilities in Helsinki.
Said TNT managing director Ian Clough: "We have expanded the number of locations for our international, next-day morning deliveries in the Nordics to help our customers who need speed and certainty."
