Air France-KLM Martinair Cargo offers online tracking for shipments
AIR FRANCE-KLM Martinair Cargo has added a new tracking feature to its "Let's Get Digital" programme, to offer customers the option of being notified automatically when shipments are delayed.
Delays for any reason will be conveyed to the shipper with its cause as well as the remedial action taken under the "RealTime Care" scheme.
The company said the solution was in addition to its existing tracking services, "RealTime Connect" and "RealTime Notice", Lloyd's List reported.
"By adding even more innovative digital solutions to its portfolio, Air France-KLM Martinair Cargo is demonstrating its commitment to helping customers conduct their business optimally, even when conditions are difficult," it explained.
