FedEx launches one-stop cold chain for Chinese healthcare sector
FEDEX Express has launched "one-stop" cold chain solutions across mainland China. With its outbound international priority (IP) service and domestic priority delivery service, the express delivery firm will offer two packaging solutions: Gel-pack Temperature-Controlled Package and Cold Shipping Package.
With three temperature ranges of 杕inus 20 to zero degrees Celsius, two to eight degrees Celsius and 15-25 degrees Celsius, the refrigerated shipments are targeted at the healthcare industry.
"FedEx has made a conscious effort to innovate and develop logistics solutions that address the specific needs of different industries, including cold chain solutions for our healthcare customers, said Asia Pacific Karen Reddington.
The China cold chain solutions are available with door-to-door express and monitoring services offered across its global and domestic networks.
