Macau International Airport increases flight volume in June by 7.8pc
MACAU International Airport handled 4,129 commercial flight movements in June, an increase of 7.8 per cent against the same month last year, according to information from the Statistics and Census Service (DSEC).
The gross weight of seaborne containerised cargo rose 8.3 per cent to 133,077 tonnes in the first half, with the port exporting 2.096 million tonnes of cargo, up 9.4 per cent, and importing 2.356 million tonnes of cargo, up 0.5 per cent, reported IHS Maritime 360.
Cross-border vehicle trips with Hong Kong totalled 418,469 in June, up by 2.9 per cent, while in the first half such trips rose by 4.9 per cent year on year to 2,530,799.
