MOL Liner launches performance measurements scheme for China
JAPANESE shipping group MOL Liner Ltd has introduced plans to regularly publish the results of regional key performance indicators (KPI) in China.
This will measure operations and customer service levels, on top of global and regional KPIs launched in 2012 for vessel on-time performance, customer service, environmental, safety and electronic data interchange (EDI).
"MOL has established a set of goals for each of these KPI to offer industry-leading transparency to customers," said MOL China managing director Louis Tang.
