CEVA extends customs brokerage to Volvo in North America for 2 more years
CEVA Logistics has been awarded a two-year contract extension for customs brokerage services from the North American subsidiary of the Swedish carmaker, Volvo.
The Dutch supply chain and logistics provider has been offering customs services on a one-year a trial to the Rockleigh, New Jersey-based carmaker.
"The team is dedicated not only to meeting KPI's [key performance indicators], but also to continuous improvement of processes and ways to work together more efficiently.
"CEVA's understanding of our business enables them to suggest and deliver improvements that provide tangible value above and beyond expectations," said Volvo customs manager Jennifer Klees.
