Asia-Europe rate crash drives north-south rates to all-time lows

As a result, both the Shanghai Container Freight Index (SCFI) and the China Container Freight Index (CCFI) composite indices could soon fall below their 2009 all time lows following steep declines in the past week, says the Paris-based research house.
