Globe Express Services names Mustapha Kawam as president and CEO
HONG KONG forwarder Globe Express Services (GES) has recently appointed Mustapha Kawam as president and CEO after 20 years with the company.
Mr Kawam joined Globe Express Services in 1995 and has held a wide range of leadership positions and since 2009, he has served as Gulf States managing director.
Today, his priorities are to maximise industry opportunities and sustain GES' global success by raising employee engagement, integrity and trustworthiness throughout the organisation and build customer satisfaction.
Said Mr Kawam: "It has been a privilege to work for the group for over 20 years and I am confident that we can together achieve success and take the company to the next level."
Said GES chairman Safi Kalo: "We believe that he is a perfect leader to guide GES through his excellent leadership skills, astute business acumen and deep industry knowledge.

Since 1974, GES has been providing forwarding, overland transport, customs brokerage and compliance consulting, cargo consolidation, warehousing and distribution, specialty cargo handling and project logistics.
