Paris area SDV sets up subsidiary in Valencia to muster Bollore staff
PARIS area SDV, a supply chain management company and subsidiary of the Bollore group, has created its own subsidiary in Valencia to further expand its presence in Europe.
With a staff of 110, it will incorporate the Bollore group teams already present in Spain, including Isamar, specialising in shipping, a company statement said.
An entity of 18 people dedicated to industrial projects, most of them coming from Tiba Projects, will strengthen this structure.
"The continuity of the interlocutors will be guaranteed by the transfer of the TIBA teams that followed them so far with a quality of service to the level of a global group," it said.
SDV's network comprises 600 offices in 102 countries.
