Rickmers-Linie downloads agency work on Ben Lines in Singapore
SINGAPORE's Rickmers-Linie has announced that from January 1, it has contracted Ben Line Agencies as general agent, which will take over most sales, customer and husbandry services from the company, which handled these duties before.
Rickmers-Linie (Singapore) will continue to focus on key accounts in south east Asia and supervise work of company agents in Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia and Singapore.
Rickmers-Linie (Singapore) managing director Andreas Rocksien will continue to carry out his role as owners representative, said a company statement, with the help of Wendy Kwoh, who will work in the Ben Lines offices to "ensure smooth, short and established communication channels".
