Wide-ranging offshore Russian oil gas conference October 7 - 10
THE Exhibition and Conference Offshore Marintec Russia will be held October 7-10 - a day later that first scheduled - in St Petersburg to review development of infrastructure needed to exploit oil and gas on the Russian continental shelf.
Among the conference topics discussed will be shipbuilding and shipping needs for offshore oil and gas development and related issues such as information technologies, logistics, industrial safety and environmental protection.
Organisers say the conference will bring together leading Russian and world companies to exchange experiences in technological applications, supply, shipbuilding and the development of the shelf zone.
