TNT Express in Bangladesh opens service point at Dhaka's Ishwardi EPZ
DUTCH TNT Express is to open its 22nd service centre within Ishwardi EPZ (Export Processing Zones) in Dhaka city to operate from Sunday to Saturday from 10am until 5pm.
Ishardi EPZ is one of the most active Export Processing Zones in the city of Dhaka, Bangladesh offering special areas where potential investors would find a congenial climate, free from bureaucratic procedures.
It allows customers "proximity and an increased accessibility to our express services, and therefore improving our brand visibility," said TNT country manager Rajiv Bhattacharya.
Said Mideast sales director James Edgeworth: "TNT Express service points and centres allow us to localise our orange presence in key growth areas in addition to meeting the growing logistics needs in Bangladesh."
