Chassis reservations are made easier with new Chassisfinder app
CHASSIS reservation exchange Chassisfinder.com is expanding its online chassis leasing and management tools with the development of an app for iPhones and Androids.
The app allows chassis users to find, reserve and track their history via a smart phone.
"This is a big step towards making chassis procurement as easy as possible for truckers, 3PLs and other chassis users," said president Bill Knight. "A chassis can be reserved on chassisfinder.com in less than a minute."
The new tool will allow any user to find chassis available for daily lease across the country.
COO Kevin Higgins added, "Our long-term vision is to use innovative technology to make the process of getting a chassis as easy and transparent as possible, thus reducing the amount of confusion, time and expense involved in the current environment."
