Lietuvos Juru Laivininkyste AB – PC ” Lithuanian shipping company ” sale of motor vessel ” Daina “

Consistently implementing approved company’s strategic business plan for the years 2014-2016, on the 8th July 2014 PC “Lithuanian shipping company” has concluded an agreement to sell the company’s motor vessel “Daina”. The delivery of the vessel to the buyer is planned to take place by the end of July 2014. The conditions of the sale are confidential. Preliminary accounting loss of this transaction is USD 0.5 million . Funds received from the sale will be used for working capital and repayment of the loan.
