Hapag-Lloyd to hike Japan-Arabian Gulf rate US$300/TEU on May 15
GERMANY's Hapag-Lloyd has announced a general rate increase for all cargo and container types from Japan to Arabian Gulf by US$300/TEU from May 15, 2014.
Arabian Gulf is defined as being the ports in the UAE: Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia (Dammam & Riyadh via Dammam).
