Alashankou's January trade cargo falls 10.1pc to 2.28 million tonnes
XINJIANG's Sino-Kazakh border checkpoint at Alashankou handled 2.28 million tonnes of imports and exports in January, which was 10.1 per cent less than a year ago.
Imports shrank 4.3 per cent to 1.91 million tonnes. Exports plunged 31.4 per cent to 371,000 tonnes, according to Xinhua.
