LJMU Student Presented With Bibby Ship Management Prize

The Prize was established in 2007 and rewards the Maritime student who has achieved the highest mark in their Level 5 programme of study.
This year's presentation took place at Bibby Line Group offices in Liverpool on Tuesday 11 February 2014. The recipient was Yosuef Ghazzawi, pictured receiving his certificate from Ian Coward, Managing Director, Bibby Ship Management Ltd.
Programme Leader Dr Charles Roberts commented:
"Yousef has done really well to win this prize. He came in as a direct entry student after serving at sea, quickly adapted to work at LJMU and came out with top marks. The continuation of the award reflects the long-standing links between Bibby Group and LJMU."
