Azerbaijan Caspian Sea Shipping has become legally capable
The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan by Order No7 from January 15 made changes to a number of its orders due to establishment of “Azerbaijan Caspian Sea Shipping” CSC (ACSS).
In accordance with the Order, it was issued to implement the Decree No6 of the President from October 22, 2013 about establishment of ACSS CSC. It creates the legal framework for CSC activity.
