Petrochemicals manufacturer Borouge to build logistics centre in Tianjin
TIANJIN Bonded Port Area's subsidiary, T&B International Logistics Group, has won the bidding for petrochemicals manufacturer's Borouge's northern China logistics centre project, which will start construction in March at Tianjin's Binhai New Area, Xinhua reports.
The project will enable more convenient and efficient service for Borouge's customers in northern China regions such as Liaoning, Hebei and Shangdong provinces, and is expected to bring substantial increase to the regional import and export volumes and value.
Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, Borouge is a joint venture between the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), one of the world's major oil and gas companies, and the Austria based Borealis, a leading provider of chemical and innovative plastics solutions.
