Delta Maritime ships large lifeboats Greece to Norway
DELTA Maritime, member to the Worldwide Project Consortium WWPC for Greece, moved four large lifeboats and accessories from Pireaus, Greece to Bergen, Norway.
Under a full package of services the company's experts arranged for loading of the boats at manufacturers site in Thebes, central Greece by cranes, special road transport with escort-permits to Piraeus Port, stuffing and securing onto flatracks, custom formalities and the ocean transport to Norway.
All lifeboats got handled in one single shipment using four by 40 foot flat racks due out of gauge dimensions and 40 ft open top container.
