HN Air to set up shipping exchange centre
One of the largest airlines in China, Hainan Air, plans to set up Qianhai air and shipping exchange center with HNA Capital, Jinhai Heavy Industries, Hong Kong Airlines and Hong Kong International Financial Services.
HN Air will be the controlling shareholder of the exchange with RMB20m investment.
The exchange centre will cover the air and sea assets trading, shipping service products, shipping finance products and a shipping index.
The new venture would combine air, shipping and finance together.
