Vallianz goes for Islamic financing
Integrated offshore marine solutions provider, Vallianz Holdings, has announced that the company are looking to establish an Islamic Trust Certificates Programme to broaden and deepen its investors' pool.
The announcement follows multiple contract wins in the Middle East for the firm of late, most recently a $150m charter deal for a PSV.
Vallianz has appointed Maybank Kim Eng Securities to assist it with establishing the programme and the Singapore-based firm has already submitted to the relevant regulators for their consideration the proposed sukuk structure.
