Perdana Petroleum buys chartered AHTS vessels
Perdana Petroleum has purchased three AHTS vessels that it was operating on bareboat charters for a total of $50m.
The vessels brought into Perdana are the Perdana Liberty, Perdana Frontier and Perdana Horizon which were on charter from Mount Bintang LLC and Mount Bubu LLC.
Financing of $34m was arrange to part-finance the vessels, which are now being converted from a foreign flag to the Malaysia flag.
