BMW to open spare part centre in Hebei under JV with property group
GERMAN motor giant BMW in a joint venture with Brilliance Auto has entered into an agreement with property developer the Goodman Group to build a 108,000 square foot distribution facility in Hebei province.
The new facility will be specifically used by BMW Brilliance Automotive (BBA), a joint venture between BMW and Brilliance Auto, for the regional distribution of auto parts in northern China.
The new BBA distribution centre will be located in the Yanjiao Economic and Technological Development Zone, which occupies an area of 426,509 square feet that is being developed by the Goodman Citylink and due to be completed in July next year.
