Heavy dryers movement in Turkey by Ekin Heavy & Project Transportation
HEAVY lift specialists Ekin Heavy & Project Cargo Transportation Co, a member of the Cargo Equipment Experts (CEE) network in Turkey, has completed the movement and offloading of two dryers from Hendek to Yarimca in Turkey.
Each weighing 110 tonnes, Ekin handled their transport to the jobsite including securing all road and official permits.
The job involved the removal and remounting of all barriers enroute with road closures. The transport of one dryer over the distance of 120 kilometres was accomplished on time within six days.
One dryer's offloading was accomplished via hydraulic gantry crane and the other dryer's by a mobile crane with a lifting capacity of 700 tons.
