Taiwan-based shipping company Wisdom Marine is to issue its first overseas non-guaranteed convertible bonds at the Singapore Stock Exchange to raise $60m funds.
The capital raised will be used for fleet expansion. Widom has nine ships on order, as it edges closer to having a 100-strong fleet.
The major overseas underwriter will be J.P. Morgan Securities.
