President Ilham Aliyev established CJSC Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company

CJSC Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company has been established by a relevant order of President Ilham Aliyev.

Under the order, the Company was set up on the basis of the Azerbaijan State Caspian Sea Shipping Company and the Caspian Sea Oil Fleet of SOCAR (State Oil Company).

In this regard, the Cabinet Ministers was tasked to develop for a month a draft charter of the CJSC.

By another order Rauf Veliev was appointed chairman of the Company.
